During a recent visit to Target I found a few curious items, starting with this Star Wars spatula with a handle shaped like a lightsaber.

Here is a whole line of nutcrackers based on characters from Frozen and Star Wars, including even a Darth Vader nutcracker.

And, last but not least, here is a chance to do a special DIY project where you can customize your own ugly Christmas sweater.

I found this at a local Best Buy recently.

Two Star Wars Toys Making Out

No, I had nothing at all to do with this. But it does bring to mind what I did with these two Star Wars plushies—Darth Vader and a Stormtrooper—on Valentine’s Day several months ago. LOL!

I recently did some shopping at Target where I found some Halloween themed Peeps, which came in candy corn and caramel apple flavors.

Special Halloween Peeps.

While this next photo had nothing to do with Halloween, the fact that they are four-foot tall interactive electronic toys made them a bit creepy and scary.

I finally got around to putting on another Star Wars-themed temporary tattoo that I got for free when I attended a Bowie Baysox game on Star Wars Day with members of my support group for separated and divorced persons back in June. Here it is.

I think it’s a pretty good mash-up of a Storm Trooper’s helmet and the traditional pirate skull and crossbones symbol. I’ve found that putting the temporary tattoo on the forearm makes it last for at least a week or so. (Or at least that’s what happened when I did it the last time.) I’ve also learned not to put the temporary tattoo on the back of my hand (like I did that first week after I got the tattoo sheets at the ballgame) because it tends to fade within two or three days mainly because I tend to wash my hands more frequently than my forearms (which I generally only wash when I take a shower).

In any case I really like my latest temporary tattoo.
